WHAT IS RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY (RTT)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) combines hypnotherapy, CBT, psychotherapy principles, NLP and neuroscience to work directly with the subconscious mind, where beliefs, habits and emotional patterns are stored. During an RTT session we find, interrupt and update the root beliefs to create deep and lasting change. RTT – as the name suggest – is rapid and transformational. Most issues only need one to three sessions.

HOW DOES RTT HYPNOTHERAPY CREATE LASTING CHANGE?

Identify the root cause of a belief

Most struggles aren’t about the present moment; they’re rooted in a decision made long ago, often in childhood, about who you are and what you deserve. In RTT, we go to the source. Not to relive the past, but to understand it and finally release its hold on you.

Install new neural pathways

Once the old belief is understood and released, the subconscious is open and ready. This is where we plant something new: a true, supportive belief that reflects who you actually are and want to be, not who you were taught to be. The brain is wonderfully adaptable. Change one belief at the root, and the mind begins to reorganise around it.

Release emotional charge from past events

Memories are not just mental, they live in the body, in the nervous system, in the way we brace ourselves without knowing why. RTT helps to dissolve the emotional weight attached to old experiences, so they become neutral information rather than open wounds. What once felt raw begins to feel simply… done.

Creates a ripple-effect

When we change a core belief at the subconscious level, it often creates a ripple effect through many areas of life. Relationships start to feel safer, the nervous system settles, confidence grows. A shift in one area can influence many others, even the way we see ourselves.

Even a small shift at the root can change the direction of the whole path.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), is an award-winning therapeutic approach that combines the most effective elements of Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuroscience.

RTT works with the subconscious mind; the place where core beliefs, emotional imprints and behavioural patterns are formed.

How is RTT different from traditional therapy?

Traditional therapy works mainly with the conscious mind, helping you understand your patterns through conversation and reflection.

RTT works directly with the subconscious level, where those patterns were originally created. Because we address the root directly, change can be faster and more focused than long-term talk therapy. Most issues can be resolved in 1–3 sessions, depending on depth and complexity.

What happens in a session?

Each RTT session lasts between 2-3 hours.

You will be guided into a deeply relaxed state (alpha or theta brain waves), similar to meditation or daydreaming.

In this state, we:
• Identify where the pattern began
• Understand the meaning your mind created at the time
• Update that meaning with adult awareness
• Install new, supportive beliefs

After the session, you will receive a personalised transformation recording to listen to daily for 21–30 days to reinforce the change.

Will I be out of control?

No. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation. You are fully aware and in control at all times. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will. You can open your eyes, talk or move your body at any point.

What does hypnosis feel like?

Most people describe it as:
• deeply relaxed
• calm
• focused inward

Some feel light or floaty. Some feel grounded and steady. There is no “right” way to feel.

Even if you don’t feel “deep,” the process still works. Results are not dependent on dramatic sensations.

what if i go back to scenes that are painful or scary?

If you go back to scenes from your life that are painful or scary, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal.

What if I don’t think I have trauma?

    You don’t need “big” trauma.

    Many limiting beliefs form from:
    • repeated criticism
    • emotional neglect
    • pressure to perform
    • family dynamics
    • subtle shame
    • feeling unseen or unsupported

RTT helps with both obvious and subtle patterns.

What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?

What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a completely new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. And many people go back to scenes that are totally different from what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.

How quickly will i see results?

Change can happen in three ways:
    • Immediate: you feel a shift straight away
    • Cumulative: changes build gradually over days and weeks
    • Retroactive: later at some point you suddenly realise you are responding differently
Most clients experience a combination of these.
When a core belief changes, it often creates a domino effect across relationships, work, health and self-worth. The transformation continues to unfold beyond the programme.

How can change happen so quickly?

Many patterns were formed when you were very young, based on age-appropriate interpretations of events. These patterns are stored in the subconscious mind and the body.
When you revisit them in hypnosis, with adult understanding and nervous system safety, your brain can update those interpretations.
This is supported by neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to rewire itself when given new input and repetition.

What kind of results do clients experience?

    • reduced anxiety
    • freedom from addictive behaviours
    • improved confidence
    • emotional regulation
    • healthier relationships
    • relief from long-standing patterns
    • a new-found sense of self, authenticity
    • inner power, creating healthy boundaries without guilt

Each person’s journey is individual, but the goal is lasting internal change, not temporary motivation.

    Is online RTT effective?

Yes. Hypnosis works through voice and focused attention, not physical presence. Many clients feel safer and more relaxed in their own home, which can deepen the work. Online sessions also allow you to rest immediately afterwards without travel.

    Who is this work for?

    • You are ready and willing to change
    • You are open to exploring your inner world
    • You are committed to listening to your recording consistently
    • You want to address root causes, not just manage symptoms
    • You resonate with a mind–body, trauma-informed approach
    • You may have done therapy before but still feel stuck
